Travel & Accommodation

Flights

Please arrange your flights with our travel partner Corporate Traveler. 

Accommodation 

We have partnered with Rydges Fortitude Valley, which is conveniently just across the street from the conference venue. Accommodation is available for the evenings of Wednesday 23 - Saturday 26 July 2025. 

If selecting a Twin room and sharing with a colleague, only one of you needs to add accommodation to your booking. Your colleague should select 'No Accommodation Required'.

Please ensure you have confirmation from your Manager/Director that you have adequate travel budget available.

All accommodation is charged to '3109 - PD Travel Budget' for Branch employees, and '3896 - Travel Meal and Accommodation' for Central staff. 

If you wish to pay for your accommodation via Kindy Uplift, please email ckevents@candk.asn.au after you have completed your registration, and we can manually make the change for you.
